Hate To But Have To

 

This is a part of my running trail today. I hate running but love it’s result(s).

My body feels great, I’m more attentive and I sleep a little better. The thing is it can’t get the results without doing the work.

Some things just have to be done. No effort and applying yourself = no result.

Can’t have the one without the other.
