With fitness not great I have to learn to accept small wins.
Small wins help build muscle for greater ones.
This applies across the board; in life and leadership. Celebrating small wins is appreciating the importance and impact of small, deliberate actions closer to set goals. It is placing value in all components of making vision happen.
No step is insignificant if it brings you closer to your goals.
