What Giving Responsibility Can Do

  1.  Don’t forget that a great part of your job as the leader is not to “evangelize” everyone but more to “evangelize evangelists” who will reach everyone. – I liked this sentence. I have learnt this week that we are made to be leadership makers as leaders. Good to be refreshed again.

    1. The truth is that leaders do not lead all the people in their teams or organizations. As a leader, you will never be the only influencer and you lead some by leading those they follow. Identify the influencers and focus your energy on them… yes! I’m glad I could be of service :-)

  3. Good observation on “sticking around”. I think it is a dangerous thing to be “an absent leader”. If your team doesn’t have a certain sense of your presence / leadership then you may not really be leading. Oh! & thanks for highlighting the importance of giving enough room to your team to employ their skills and creativity, to do things their way… thanks Elsie!

  9. I like that you stick around and support the guys you are raising up. If you are there and they came unstuck then you can help and endorse. A good leader multiplies himself. Of course no one will be exactly like you because they bring their own talents and abilities to the table.
